Living Room/ Dining Room
The living room contains a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. There is a log burning stove (logs and kindling wood can be purchased from the garage in Clyro), flat screen TV, DVD player, IPOD compatible music system and several board games. Situated next to the window in this room is a dining table and four chairs.
Kitchen
The kitchen contains a gas 'combi' boiler, washing machine, electric oven and hob, fridge and a large selection of cutlery and other cooking utensils.
Bathroom
The bathroom is located between the kitchen and the living room on the ground floor at the bottom of the stairs. it is equipped with sink, loo and shower.
Garden
The flagstone, private garden contains a barbecue, a table and four chairs.
First Bedroom
At the top of the stairs are the two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers and ample under eave storage and hang rail.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom, at the front of the cottage, contains two single 'zip lock' beds that can be zipped together to create a king size double bed. It also contains a chest of drawers.
